Our Worry-Free Service Plans

All of our worry-free service plans include our Annual Tune-Up and Inspection, which includes:

Clean and adjust burner, vacuum heat exchanger, smoke pipe and chimney base, new nozzle, oil filter cartridge and pump strainer, visual inspection of oil tank and check for water.
First system tune-up and inspection performed within 2 hours.
If two heating units are at the same location, a discount will be offered and service must be completed at the same time. Call the office for our current rates.

Plan I

Includes Priority Service calls Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

Annual precision tune-up & inspection, reduced rates for prime & starts, diagnostic service calls and parts with a 20% off labor and 5% discount on all parts.

Cost is $279.99 provided service is performed within 2 hours; $269.99 for each additional heating unit at the same location (must be done at the same time).

If two heating units are at the same location, a discount will be offered and service must be completed at the same time. Call the office for our current rates.

Plan II

Includes Priority Service calls Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

Annual precision tune-up & inspection, free prime & starts, diagnostic service calls and parts with a 35% off labor and 20% discount on all parts.

Cost is $349.99 provided service is performed within 2 hours; $329.99 for each additional heating unit at the same location (must be done at the same time).

Automatic delivery is required to get set up on a new service plan and any contract customer purchasing oil from any company other than Ridgell Oil Company Inc. will VOID the service contract with NO REFUND. Covered parts are only covered due to mechanical failure not due to acts of God, tampering or flooding.
